As a Trek Service Technician, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting repairs and servicing all kinds of bikes. You'll be the first to work on brand new models before they hit the sales floor. This role demands stellar customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a motivation to build technical skills. Experience as a mechanic is a plus, but we'll provide training. You'll build relationships with customers, ensuring their bikes are running flawlessly. The job requires the ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs. No two days are the same in this fast-paced and rewarding position. You'll be a crucial part of a team dedicated to providing excellent service and enhancing the cycling experience for our customers.
