About Nutrova
Nutrova (nutrova.com) is the umbrella brand of Axys Nutrition Products Pvt. Ltd., a start-up focused on developing evidence-based nutrition and nutraceutical products that allow people to take charge of their health. Our goal is to provide consumers with the products and information that allow them to achieve their health goals in a safe, effective and sustainable way.
Our approach to is to focus on nutrition products with evidence and measurable outcomes. We achieve this through clinical studies and third-party testing of all our products, and make the same accessible to consumers and healthcare practitioners.
About the role
This role drive Nutrova's social media presence and will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Developing content ideas and translating them into engaging creatives with our in-house design team
- Optimizing all interactions with consumers reaching out to Nutrova through various social channels in a timely manner
- Working closely with Nutrova's marketing and leadership teams to align our social media strategy with our larger business goals
- Engaging with customers to drive UGC
- Identifying and collaborating with relevant social media handles and social media opinion leaders and influencers to drive awareness
- Nurturing a community of consumers who believe in Nutrova's products and enhancing their experience at all digital touchpoints
- Tracking, analysing and acting on engagement metrics to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a social media manager for a brand or at an agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ideate, co-create and execute Instagram-first content
- Experience working with internal design and strategy teams as well as liaising with agencies to drive content execution
- Note: This is an in-office role at Nutrova's office in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
