About CULT91: CULT91 is a growing fashion brand that specializes in modern, Indian heritage-inspired clothing. We aim to create fashion that blends cultural heritage with contemporary style. With stores expanding and an active online presence, we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s digital footprint and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with CULT91’s brand vision and marketing goals.

• Manage daily operations across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring a consistent posting schedule.

• Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including posts, reels, stories, and collaborations.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with current campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

• Analyze social media trends, track performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.), and provide regular reports with insights.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the fashion industry.

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Ability to create visually appealing content (experience with graphic design, photography, and video editing is a plus).

• Data-driven mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Indian heritage fashion and an understanding of CULT91’s brand values is a plus.
