This role is for a Senior Social Media Strategist to manage social media presence for a client. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), creating engaging content, monitoring and engaging with followers, coordinating live events, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on growth and engagement trends. The initial focus is on organic reach and community building before paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven sales/appointment setting abilities. The position is remote, requiring a high-configuration laptop and strong Wi-Fi, with a work schedule of 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

We are searching for a personable and professional Social Media Manager to work for one of our client. You should have thorough understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other knowledge of reaching out to targeted audience in an organic way.

Initially, the focus will be solely on building organic reach and fostering community engagement on both social media platforms. Establishing a strong social media presence and connect with the primary audience through meaningful, non-paid outreach before considering any paid marketing campaigns.

SKILL Required

High Intelligence Level

Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Phone Etiquettes, Writing Emails and Texts.

Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist with at least 5 years of experience working with reputed clients.

Appointment Setting & Sales Skills.

Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the social media manager's responsibilities include setting up and optimizing profiles, pages, and possible groups, ensuring they align with the business services.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone to match the brand.
  • Proficiency in using X (previously Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok including knowledge of each platform's unique features, audience engagement strategies, and content optimization.
  • Experience in social media strategy planning and execution for the brand, focusing on organic growth and community engagement.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Creativity in content creation and a good eye for visual branding as per business theme.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage content calendars, respond timely to comments/messages, and coordinate with the author for live interactions.

Note: CEO will provide guidelines for most of the content. We're looking for someone who can take that information and craft it into cohesive social media campaign that generates interest and reach.

Other Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for different social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement and community.
  • Create and schedule regular, engaging content tailored to each platform, including updates, insights from the industry, educational content, and interactive posts.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a strong, interactive community.
  • Coordinate with the CEO for any live events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), or interactive sessions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and report on growth and engagement trends.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to ensure the author's presence remains relevant and engaging.

Appointment Setting & Sales Experience

  • Has proven experience in qualifying a potential prospect and building a rapport.
  • Has good skills in handling sales object and rejection over messaging or phone call.
  • Doing regular follow ups and reminders to qualified prospect.
  • Pitches perfectly to finally make some online sales through an online link OR Setting up an Appointment.

This is work from home position and candidate must have his own high configuration laptop, strong wifi and must be FLUENT in English (Written and Speaking) - 'Mandatory'

Job Type: Full-Time (06:30pm - 03:00am) Monday - Friday

Salary: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
