We are seeking a talented and creative Video Developer to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and graphic design, with the ability to create engaging and professional content for internal and external communications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent visual storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of the latest video production technologies and trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality videos for various corporate needs, including promotional content, training materials, corporate events, and internal communications.

Perform all post-production activities such as editing, color correction, sound mixing, and adding visual effects to ensure a polished final product.

Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams, content and script writers to develop scripts and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message or story.

Create and integrate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance video content.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

Oversee the maintenance and organization of video production equipment.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video production quality and efficiency.

Work closely with various departments to understand their video content needs and provide creative solutions.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Excellent visual and verbal storytelling and creative thinking abilities.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production and editing projects.

Experience with live streaming and virtual events.

Knowledge of 3D, AR, VR etc would be a preferred.

Familiarity with web and social media video content creation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in a corporate environment.
