This company is one of the UK's leading online retailers of cosmeceutical products. After a period of growth and client success, they are now looking to find a passionate social media professional to join their growing team.

The right candidate will be passionate about working within social media with many social campaigns under their belt who is willing to push boundaries to create disruptive social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and Linkedin.

Daily Tasks -

Increasing brand awareness and customer engagement through creative and disruptive social campaigns using consumer-leading content
Developing exciting and industry-relevant social media content to support new brand and product launch campaigns
Creating social media content briefs for all planned paid influencer activity across all channels
Analysing social media campaigns to improve and alter ongoing and future strategies
Implementing a social commerce strategy to drive online sales through social media platforms
Developing detailed monthly reports on emerging social media trends
Responding to customer queries through online platforms
Monitoring competitor social activity and highlighting business opportunities
Managing a social media team, guiding junior members and setting a strong example
Capable of working and liaising across teams within the company in order to develop and support marketing strategies
Liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives, and other departments

Requirements -

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent writing and communication skills
First-rate communication skills
Experience leading a team
A portfolio of successful social media and marketing campaigns
Must be a positive and creative individual who can make their mark and manage multiple social media accounts across multiple channels
Attention to detail and the focus to guide a campaign from beginning through to the end
Have a Marketing degree or equivalent experience
Experience using media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest (TikTok shop experience desirable)
