Job Summary

Job Description

The Station Head will be responsible for tracking and delivering shipments, managing staff and part-time employees to ensure job completion, and acting as a hub manager when needed. This role involves handling cash on delivery, banking funds daily, collaborating with customer service to fulfill requests, overseeing daily operations for smooth functioning, and managing inventory to minimize missing or damaged parcels. The position also requires adherence to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System, along with prioritizing personal and others' safety and participating in related programs.
Must have:
  • Track and deliver shipments.
  • Manage staff and part-time workers.
  • Handle cash on delivery.
  • Fulfill customer requests.
  • Oversee daily operations.
  • Control inventory.
  • Adhere to ISO standards.
  • Ensure safety.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good to have:
  • Senior Executive in Logistics/Supply Chain experience.

Job Details

Job Descriptions:

    • Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
    • Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
    • Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
    • Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
    • Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
    • Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
    • Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
    • Any other task instructed by superior

    • Others:

    • Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
    • Take care of own and others' safety.
    • Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
