Job Description

This is an internship opportunity within the HR department at YouGov. The responsibilities include coordinating the certificate process, recruiting and supporting interns, creating HR documents, maintaining and updating employee data in the HR system (Workday), preparing and organizing onboarding processes, and participating in the development and implementation of HR projects. The role offers exposure to various HR areas and projects within a global research company, providing valuable practical experience. The company is seeking someone who enjoys teamwork and has an affinity for HR topics, with an understanding of project workflows and HR concepts, processes, and tools.
Must have:
  • Currently studying Economics, Sociology, Education, Psychology, or similar.
  • Good organizational skills and independent work ethic.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is desirable.

Sammle wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einer international erfolgreichen Marktforschungsorganisation und lerne spannende Aufgaben, Arbeitsweisen und die Arbeitsatmosphäre unseres Unternehmens kennen. Du lernst dabei die Workflows des operativen HR Tagesgeschäfts sowie Konzepte, Prozesse und Tools der strategischen Personalarbeit kennen. Dies erfolgt sowohl im Rahmen von Projekten als auch Rahmen von „day-to-day“ Aufgaben, wie zum Beispiel: 

  • Koordination des Zeugnisprozesses & Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen 

  • Recruiting, Einstellung und Betreuung der Werkstudenten & Praktikanten 

  • Erstellung von HR Dokumenten 

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten in unserem HR-System (Workday) 

  • Vorbereitung und Organisation von Onboarding-Prozessen 

  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten 

  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben  (u. a.) 

 
Anforderungen: 
Engagement und Aufgeschlossenheit zeichnen dich aus. Du hast Spaß an der Mitarbeit in Projekten und kannst dich auch in komplizierte Projektabläufe bzw. Prozessstrukturen hineindenken. Die Freude an Teamarbeit und im Umgang mit Menschen runden dein Profil ab. Dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe arbeitest du dich in kurzer Zeit in neue Themengebiete ein. Darüber hinaus bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit: 

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Soziologie, Pädagogik, Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs 

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources sind wünschenswert, wichtig ist aber eine Affinität zu Personalthemen 

  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige, sorgfältige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise 

  • Kreativität, Engagement und sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen 

  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse 

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
