JMA is looking for a Technician II to join its team in Plano, TX. The Technician II will be responsible for building and assembling base station antenna products, testing and reworking VSWR/Isolation and PIM, supporting antenna/mechanical/electrical engineers in the laboratory, and performing other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the RF industry, excellent soldering skills, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, and good oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Build/ Assemble base station antenna products
Test/rework VSWR/Isolation, PIM
Supporting Antenna/Mechanical/electrical engineers in the laboratory
Any additional tasks that may be assigned
Measurable goals
Build BST prototype Antennas
Test/rework VSWR/isolation of antennas
Test/rework PIM of antennas
Near-field probing to check the patterns
Qualifications
Degree requirements: High school diploma/GED
5-10 years of relevant experience in the RF industry
Must have soldering skills to consistently maintain a high level of productivity
Excellent time management
Must have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Good oral/written communication skills
