GOHIBE is a technology company based in Bengaluru that is building a 360° platform for Vtubers. Our platform aims to democratize self-expression through an interactive avatar system. We started with a focus on digital fashion and expanded into cosplay and Vtubing, identifying gaps in avatar creation, streaming experiences, and content production. Our mission is to simplify these processes and provide innovative tools for Vtubers, content creators, and storytellers to get discovered. We are committed to fostering a creative and inclusive community where everyone has the power to express their unique identity.
We leverage Unity 3D to enable users to create and animate stunning 3D anime-based avatars and opening new dimensions for content creation.Our first experience is already live on the iOS App Store , and we’re now building desktop versions of our app while adding more innovative product layers like face expression match & cross-platform streaming.
Our platform is engineered way beyond being a game, pushing the limits of mobile computation and visual fidelity. We're introducing groundbreaking features such as a super emote engine (realtime texture manipulation for various expression triggers). goHibe is a Metaverse Fashion platform for US GenZ with a primary focus on ages 12-22 yrs. While in the long run, we imagine the platform to have a wide array of experiences from virtual open-hangout spaces to building your dream house to playing obstacle courses with friends, etc., our phase one will be primarily focused on creating a 100x Avatar & Fashion Experience where users can come & create their own clothing, hair styles, etc.
In terms of engineering challenges, the core problem statement is how to design goHibe as a platform instead of designing it as a game, which is able to open up its developer and asset ecosystem to the public in the future while being accepting of any scale demand at any given point of time in this journey. This includes but is not limited to : real world problems in structuring databases to store a variety of data types, managing multi-user scale, developing real-time responses, high fault tolerance and achieving maximum creative output of 3D models on the client while being limited with Unity's rendering engines.
