The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in character concept art, demonstrating the ability to create compelling costumes and equipment designs, photorealistic concept sheets, and realistic portrayals. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. Experience with 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and Unreal Engine 5 are highly advantageous.
