Job Description

Smilegate RPG is seeking a skilled QA Developer for their LOST ARK Mobile project. Responsibilities include reviewing design documents, creating test cases, logging and proposing solutions for issues/bugs, conducting content tests based on experience and design specifications, and performing balance/playtesting. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the gaming industry, a basic understanding of game development processes, and extensive experience playing various games (especially RPGs), including end-level content. Strong QA process and tool comprehension, reporting and data visualization skills (PPT, Word, Excel), and excellent communication are crucial. A meticulous approach to problem-solving and a sense of responsibility are essential. Preferred qualifications include Lost Ark PC gameplay experience, familiarity with various testing tools, trend analysis skills, game metric analysis, ISTQB certification, automated testing experience, and experience through the entire development-to-launch process.

Must have:

1+ year exp in gaming QA
Game dev process knowledge
Extensive RPG gameplay experience
Strong communication skills
QA process & tool understanding
Report writing & data visualization

Good to have:

Lost Ark PC gameplay experience
Experience with various testing tools
Game metric content analysis experience
ISTQB certification
Automated testing experience
Full dev-to-launch cycle experience

필요역량

- QA 프로세스와 툴에 대한 이해 - 보고서 작성 및 데이터 시각화 능력 (PPT, Word, Excel) - 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 - 문제 원인 파악을 위한 집요함과 책임감

우대사항

- PC 로스트아크 게임 플레이 경험이 있으신 분 - 여러 종류의 테스트 툴 사용 경험이 많으신 분 - 동종 업계 트렌드 파악 및 분석 가능하신 분 - 게임 지표 관련 컨텐츠 분석 경험이 있으신 분 - ISTQB 자격증을 보유하신 분 - 자동화 테스트 경험이 있으신 분 - 개발 ~ 런칭까지의 프로세스를 경험하신 분
