Job Description
The D&I Content Diversity Specialist at Smilegate Holdings is responsible for proactively identifying and managing diversity-related risks (regional, religious, cultural) in content creation. This role involves consulting and providing education on diversity issues during game development, managing the internal Diversity & Inclusion committee, and planning/executing events to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong cultural sensitivity, understands diversity issues in the gaming/entertainment industry, and has project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Must have:
- Risk assessment of diversity issues in content creation
- Diversity issue consulting and training for game development
- D&I committee management and event planning
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Game/content industry experience
- Extensive gaming experience
- Passion for social impact
- Second language proficiency
