About the Role

Join Remote.com as an AI Analyst, SDR Program, where you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our internal Go-To-Market engine. You won't be building features for our external product; instead, you'll be a force multiplier for our Sales Development, Sales, and broader GTM teams. Your mission is to design, build, and deploy innovative AI/ML-powered solutions and automation systems that directly increase productivity, generate pipeline, and drive scalable revenue growth.

You'll partner closely with GTM leadership and individual contributors to understand their workflows, identify high-leverage automation opportunities, and rapidly prototype, test, and deploy solutions. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial engineer who is passionate about applying cutting-edge AI/ML to real-world business challenges, loves to build end-to-end systems, and wants to see their work translate directly into measurable GTM success.

What This Job Can Offer You

  • Spearhead the application of applied AI/ML within Remote’s GTM functions.
  • Directly impact revenue generation and operational efficiency through innovative automation.
  • Own the design, development, and deployment of novel internal AI tools and agentic workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leaders and teams.
  • Operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced environment, constantly experimenting and iterating.
  • Solve complex problems by pioneering the application of frontier AI models to build highly intelligent, scalable, and revenue-driving GTM automation systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

n this role, you will:

  • Automate end-to-end SDR functions: Strive to build systems that can autonomously perform significant portions of the SDR role, from prospecting and enrichment, to initial outreach and qualification.
  • Engineer advanced agentic GTM workflows: Design and build a sophisticated three-tiered automation engine:
    • Signal Ingestion Layer: Continuously capture and process diverse market and prospect signals (e.g., relevant funding announcements, negative sentiment from competitor’s customers, hiring signals etc.).
    • Intelligence & Orchestration Layer: Enrich these signals with internal data (e.g., Salesforce history, existing engagement status), apply custom logic to determine optimal engagement strategies, and route actions based on context (e.g., differentiating flows for new leads, existing customers, or recent closed-lost prospects).
    • Automated Action Layer: Execute precise, context-aware GTM actions across multiple channels (e.g., personalized LinkedIn messages & connection requests, tailored email sequences, task creation in sales engagement platforms etc.).
  • Design, build, and deploy custom AI/ML models: Develop and fine-tune models (e.g., LLM trained on successful email exchanges and interaction data from Salesforce) to automate personalised outreach and responses to prospects.
  • Partner deeply with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Revenue Operations: Understand their pain points, identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Integrate solutions seamlessly: Ensure your AI tools and automations work harmoniously with our existing GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, LeanData).
  • Constantly prototype, iterate, and A/B test: Rapidly develop and test new AI-driven GTM projects, measure their impact, and scale successful initiatives. This includes improving Salesforce data hygiene, enhancing lead scoring, or optimizing account prioritization.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize: Ensure the ongoing performance, reliability, and effectiveness of deployed AI systems and automations.
  • Champion data-driven decision making: Use data to identify new opportunities, measure the ROI of your projects, and continuously improve GTM processes.

What You Bring / You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, ML Engineer, or in a similar technical role, with a strong focus on building and deploying user-facing or internal systems.
  • Proven experience in designing and building ML-powered applications, particularly using LLMs and associated architectures (e.g., OpenAI/Gemini/Anthropic API, Langchain, vector databases, fine-tuning, RAG, MCP etc.).
  • Experience building and consuming APIs; full-stack development experience (e.g., Flask/Django, FastAPI, and/or a frontend framework like React/Vue for building internal UIs) is highly desirable.
  • Have experience in "vibe coding" – rapidly building prototypes and full-stack applications by leveraging generative AI/LLMs within AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Loveable, Replit, Cursor) to accelerate development cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Unipile), and AI-driven prospecting tools (e.g., Clay).
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, N8n, Activepieces) and data pipeline/ETL concepts.
  • Ability to translate complex GTM team needs and challenges into tangible, scalable technical solutions.
  • A bias for action, rapid prototyping, and a "get things done" attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and experience with data-driven experimentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and a passion for staying on the cutting-edge of AI/ML advancements and their GTM applications.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a remote team environment.
