Job Description
This job post is for future recruitment for the role of Animation in the coming year, for which the precise date and/or level required is not yet known. The responsibilities include creating high-quality character animation for feature films, working closely with Animation Supervisors and Leads to create skilled animation with strong acting performances and convincing motion. The candidate must be available to work in Paris, as remote work is not an option. The company favors European Union citizens or candidates with French work permits. The demo reel should include a variety of animations like acting, body mechanics, and lip-sync.
Must have:
- Thorough knowledge of Maya.
- Creativity!
- Strong knowledge of posing, weight, timing, animal and human motion.
Good to have:
- Previous experience on animated films.
- Have a good technical understanding of models and rigs.

- Responsable de l’animation de personnages de longs métrages.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les superviseurs et les chefs animateurs afin de créer une animation de qualité avec un jeu et une gestuelle convaincants.

Pré-requis / Must have
- Maîtrise du logiciel Maya.
- De la créativité !
- Gestion du posing, du weight, du timing, et du mouvement humain et animal.

- Expérience en long métrage d’animation.

Votre profil / About you
- Maîtrise du français et/ou de l’anglais.
- Aisance relationnelle
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, à hiérarchiser les tâches et à respecter les échéances.
- Disponible pour un poste à Paris (pas de télétravail possible).
- Nous privilégions les candidatures des européens ou des candidats ayant un permis de travail français. Le processus d’obtention de visa étant complexe et prenant du temps, seuls les candidats avec une expérience significative seront considérés, pour certains rôles uniquement.
- French and/or English fluency is required
- Good communication skills and ability to take notes and directions.
- Ability to work within a team, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

- Style semi réaliste / semi cartoon
- Des projets professionnels et/ou personnels (peu importe votre niveau, nous vous invitons à étayer votre bande démo avec des projets personnels (proche du style d'animation que nous créons chez ISP).
- A variety of animations: acting, body mechanic, lipsync, bipede, quadruped etc.
- Semi-realistic / semi-cartoon style
- Professional and/or personal projects (whatever your level is, we invite you to back up your demo reel with personal projects (close to the style of Animation we create at ISP).
