Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Animator at The Wise Blend in Mumbai. The Animator will be responsible for tasks such as communication, motion capture, animation, storyboarding, and motion graphics to create engaging visual content for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality animations and videos to support our learning and development programs.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit raw video footage and incorporate graphics, animations, and sound to create polished final products.
• Design and animate graphics, including titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the overall learning objectives and brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in animation and video editing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an animator and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in animation and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, video production techniques, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
