At EA, Producers are the creative visionaries for the product. They are the individuals who build and motivate teams to accomplish their goals of shipping AAA quality titles on time and on budget.

DCL (Data Collection & Licensing) supports the entire FC Franchise by providing the data behind all licensed players, clubs, and competitions, as well as, manages the production of Licensed Content. We also work with manufacturers and licensors to ensure we provide the most authentic representation of the sport. During your time here you will report to the EAV Development Manager for DCL.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will research and organize reference materials for licensed assets.
  • You will work with our artists to ensure the highest quality of assets are created.
  • You will be a contact for community reference collectors.
  • You will work with industry standard and proprietary tools to review, and manage feedback on assets.
  • You will review Licensed Content (Kits, competitions, player likenesses) in game, and support other producers on DCL with ad-hoc requests.

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent eye for "in-game" quality.
  • Interest in football, and experience with the FC product.
  • Can build on projects quickly, and at the expected level of quality.
  • Associates Degree or higher, or 2 years in game development.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $55,800 - $74,300 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
