Summary

Luxoft seeks an Automotive Test Manager with 3-6 years of experience in test management, focusing on ISO 29119 standards and automotive testing, particularly with Classic AUTOSAR. Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring all testing activities, ensuring testing quality, reporting on progress and risks, identifying areas for improvement, using customer-provided tools, monitoring test coverage, updating JIRA tickets, and serving as the testing point of contact. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAFe 5, agile methodologies, manual and automated testing, and various test management tools (codeBeamer, xRay, etc.). A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

We are looking for Automotive Test Manager having good automotive experience with Classic AUTOSAR.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor all testing activities and integration testing.

Ensure testing quality through suitable processes and methods.

Regularly report on testing progress, risks, and issues.

Identify potential areas for improvement and initiate optimization measures.

Use customer-provided testing tools

Monitor test coverage against the requirements.

Timely updates to JIRA tickets for issue resolution visibility and progress

Skills

Must have

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum (3-6) years of experience in test management, focusing on ISO 29119 standards and automotive testing.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.

Proven experience in test management

Advanced knowledge of various testing levels and their scope

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within defined timelines

Experience in different test management & ALM Tooling i.e. codeBeamer, xRay, etc,.

Proven experience with SAFe 5 and agile approach

Experience in both manual and automated testing

The ability to analyze complex testing technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Experience with Automotive SPICE

Good communication skills in both written and verbal form

Being dynamic and self-motivated

Problem-solving mindset

Nice to have
