Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and scale the Art Team which includes Illustrators and Digital Coloring Artists
• Manage task allocations, artwork reviews, style adherence and in doing so empowering the team to create outstanding work for our clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and up to the stakeholders expectations
• Enable speed and flexibility for our fast growing practice with smart work flows and proper prioritization
• Work closely with the Animation and other teams to ensure consistency in the overall production pipeline

Requirements

• Proven work experience of 8+ years in the art field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ideal candidate will possess some project management skill with detailed knowledge of the artwork development process
• Must be confident working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines,
• Must have good technical knowledge of Human Anatomy, Perspective, Expressions, Body Language et al.
• Strong knowledge and experience in artwork related softwares like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Drawing skills with an attention to detail and strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
• Strong organizational skills and some experience in managing multiple projects
