Must Have:

  • Stay updated on procedural changes and complete online training
  • Ensure effective customer service through prompt processing of sales orders
  • Execute every order and documentation as a Perfect Order
  • Respond promptly to sales associates/distributors/customers on inquiries
  • Meet special needs and requests from customers on order processing and shipping documentation
  • Relevant diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in an MNC
  • Background in customer service, logistics, and international trade functions
  • Bilingual in written and spoken English
  • Computer proficiency with good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Familiar with ERP system (SAP)

Job Summary:

Order processing from receipt of order request to delivery. This includes accurate order entry, confirmation of availability, shipping, follow-up with various Buckman teams to make sure customer /order expectations are met on invoicing and delivery. Providing requested information to our customers and fellow Buckman team members with clear, concise and timely communication. Continually exploring opportunities to enhance our customer experience while focusing on the Buckman Way.

Customer Experience

  • Accurate order entry includes confirming request and reviewing entry
  • Timely documented communication concerning orders and requested information
  • Making sure there is a clear resolution to all issues

  • Keeping up to date and understanding procedural changes
  • Completing and passing all online training / courses

Job Description:

Job Specification:

Education:

Relevant diploma/degree in the Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in an MNC.
  • Brief background in customer service, logistics and international trade functions.
  • Bilingual in written and spoken English.
  • Computer proficiency with Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Familiar with ERP system (SAP).
  • Fast Learner.
