Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Delivery Lead Consultant in Mandiant's Cyber Program Accelerator (CPA) team, you'll lead workstreams within larger client engagements, including incident response, cyber program transformations, and security assessments. You'll define delivery approaches, manage schedules and risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Responsibilities involve overseeing complex projects, working with internal and client teams to define and measure outcomes, develop release plans, identify dependencies, and improve security programs. You'll also coach and develop the delivery team to enhance throughput and quality. The role requires strong project management, Agile methodologies, and deep cybersecurity expertise.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
5+ years Information Security experience
2+ years Agile experience leading programs
Oversee complex cybersecurity projects
Manage client engagements and stakeholders

Good to have:

MBA or Master's degree in IT/IS
Agile certification
CISSP or equivalent
5 years experience with cloud services
2 years experience with Dev Ops

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in the Information Security industry in program management, consulting, or software development.
2 years of experience using Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools while leading programs.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master’s degree with emphasis on Information Security, Information Technology, or Operations Management.
Agile certification.
CISSP or equivalent certification.
5 years of experience working with Information Security, infrastructure, software, or platforms, with 2 years of experience in cloud services.
2 years of experience with Developer Operations practices.
2 years of experience managing projects and customer relationships while working cross-functionally in a large organization.

The Mandiant Cyber Program Accelerator (CPA) team helps clients reduce business risk by strengthening their cybersecurity programs. We streamline security efforts, prioritize risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement. This includes supporting clients with incident response recovery, and cyber program transformations.

As a Cybersecurity Delivery Lead Consultant in the CPA team, you'll own a specific workstream within a larger external client engagement. This could involve supporting incident response recovery, implementing elements of a cyber program transformation, or conducting security program assessments. You'll drive the activities required to achieve client objectives, acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with the Delivery Manager and stakeholders. We're a team that combines deep cybersecurity expertise with agile principles and robust project management to deliver impactful and lasting improvements to our external clients' security posture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary cybersecurity projects from requirements gathering to outcomes, working with internal and client stakeholders to define and measure business outcomes, develop release plans, identify dependencies, and direct predictable and repeatable Security Program improvements.
Define the engagement delivery approach and deliver on client engagements.
Work with internal and client stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
Coach and develop the Delivery team, comprised of internal and client team members, to incrementally improve throughput and quality.
