As Director of Revenue Enablement and Support, you will provide leadership and direction to the functions of Revenue Enablement, sales support for the commercial teams and partners, and Lead-To-Order process optimization. This role focuses on proactively enabling the right behavior, optimizing processes and tools, and ensuring that ways of working are understood and followed to support revenue-generating activities. Key areas of focus for the role and its team include assisting partners and the sales team in sales-related processes to enable more focus on growth-driving activities and increase their knowledge and skills, training and enabling both the revenue organization and the partner network to ensure they are equipped to be successful in selling, in processes, and using the tools, and ensuring efficiency and streamlining the lead-to-cash process and tools. You will lead a global team and be part of the Revenue Operations management team, developing and executing best-in-class processes, tech stack, and programs in a dynamic and fast-moving organization.
