Our engineers have created World’s best embedded & host technologies for printing and our customers include leading MFP and Printer manufactures around the world. Our print technologies span multiple print segments: Graphic Arts, Digital Printing, Wide Format and Office Printing. No matter whether people “Print for Earning” (Big Presses printing - Magazines, News Papers, Banners, Packages, etc.) or they “Print because they Earn” (Office & Home printers), they most probably use our print technology. Work in this group not only involves deep domain (PDF, PS, Graphics, Color, Font, etc.), but it also spreads across multiple platforms and operating systems. We also own patented Scan technology that generates high quality, intelligent, searchable, reflowable, compact, secure PDFs from color or b/w scanned images. All kind of digital security is implemented in both Print & Scan workflows.

About the Team:
Our team not only continues working on increasing the “Reach” of our portfolio (adding new features and value to our existing offerings), but also works on innovating new ideas and taking them to next level – a continuous effort to increase “Richness” of our portfolio. We strongly believe in our Founder’s vision – “Great ideas can come from anywhere.” We encourage our engineers to think and try beyond their regular tasks. "Experiment often" is our mantra.

Responsibilities:
Product knowledge: Develop deal knowledge of product offering and give team in product development.
Team Supervision: You will be involved in supervising work for you team by overseeing the development and execution of projects.
Innovation: You along with your team will engage in research and development. Explore new designs, products, and processes.
Collaboration: You will coordinate with other mangers fostering cross-functional collaboration
Customer interaction: You will lead team of engineers in technical interactions with customers, building strong relationship addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.

Domain:
Print workflows (Postscript, PDF, Graphics, Color, Font, Digital Security, etc.)
Scan (OCR, Compression, Digital Security, etc.)

Required skills:
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of experience with 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or an Architect
Strong C++, coding background and willing to code with strong design and architectural skills
Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
Solid understanding of Linux OS internals
Cost consciousness around computation and memory requirements
Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
Experience developing Cloud based applications is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management and leadership skills
Highly motivated, works well in a fast paced collaborative team environment
