Lead end-to-end execution of founder-prioritized projects, ensuring timely delivery with high impact.
Establish and streamline operational systems, driving cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Culture & Organizational Development
Collaborate on initiatives that reinforce STAGE’s core values and culture, fostering a sense of ownership and alignment across teams.
Research & Industry Insights
Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and innovative OTT strategies.
Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform founder decision-making.
Representation & Networking
Represent STAGE at industry events, building strategic relationships and amplifying the platform’s vision.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and partners, to align on key initiatives.
Fundraising Support and Stakeholder Management
Support the founders in fundraising activities, including coordinating due diligence processes and preparing investment materials.
Assist in managing relationships with investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.
Presentations and Reporting
Create necessary presentations, data, and reports for internal and external forums, meetings, and reviews.
Educational Background: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
Professional Experience: 2–4 years in a Founder’s office role, management consulting, or a similar strategic position.

Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into strategic recommendations.
