Job Details
1. 负责莉莉丝品牌型产品全球的内容创作生态规划，主要为内容生产/内容消费/创作者维护三大模块。 2. 负责全阶段生态运营策略制定，包括但不限于创作者激励计划/政策、内容策略与方向的制定等宏观机制策划；根据发行节点进行内容规划和落地，监控内容生产、分发及回收效果，对内容生产与消费指标负责。 3. 负责搭建创作者成长体系，负责创作者挖掘建联、培养孵化、关系维护等管理与运营工作，对平台大盘供给体量和质量负责。
