Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visual content and motion graphics. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life, enhancing our brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop creative designs for digital media including social media, advertisements, pitch decks, logos, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Create original style YouTube Thumbnails, 2D, 3D graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective campaign materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style.

Motion Graphics:

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and video content.
• Produce animated elements for multimedia projects.
• Work with video editors to integrate motion graphics into video projects.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and producers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
