The HR team in Gameloft Sofia is looking for a HR Specialist to make our team of 3 (+you) happy and complete.

If you join our studio, you would contribute to the team efforts with the following responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment projects end-to-end and providing quality candidate experience for everybody who applies for our vacancies
• Induction program overseeing
• Actively participating in employer branding activities, incl. social media presence 
• Internal company events planning and organizing
• Training planning execution
• Engagement and satisfaction initiatives support
• Reporting
• Local and global projects support

We, at Gameloft Sofia HR Team, are looking for a teammate who has:

• Passion for human resources
• The energy to learn
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Fluency in English
• Self-driven and highly organized personality.
