Join our Employer Branding team 

You will be joining the Employer Branding team within our People & Culture department. Based in Aarhus, you’ll report directly to our Head of Employer Branding and work closely with colleagues across the globe. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh ideas, sharpen your skills, and make a real impact. You’ll work 37 hours a week. 
 

When joining us, you will: 

• Assist in creating and managing content to support Employer Branding initiatives, including social media posts, career page updates, and internal communication. 

• Collaborate on drafting and designing marketing materials for internal and external use. 

• Help organize and promote career fairs and networking events. 

• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and administrative support. 

• Create recruitment-related training material and review/update job postings. 

• Create P&C content on our internal People & Culture Hub. 
   

We are looking for someone who: 

We’re seeking a proactive and creative individual with a passion for communication, HR, and Employer Branding. 

You are: 

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in communications, marketing, HR, or a related field. 

• Creative and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills in verbal and written English. 

• Tech-savvy, with a flair for visual communication and familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. 

• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a global team. 

• Interested in Employer Branding, with a passion for showcasing the unique culture and values of Stibo Systems. 

• Passionate about supporting others and doesn’t mind administrative tasks.
