Intern - Transfers Manager

Saxo Bank is looking for an Intern - Portfolio Transfers Manager for its Back Office Securities & PEA department. This position is for 6 months and available as soon as possible.

Saxo Bank is the online investment and trading specialist. It enables individuals, banks, and brokers to trade stocks, ETFs, and derivatives through its online trading platforms. Saxo Bank Paris is part of the Saxo Bank group, which employs over 2,500 people in about fifteen offices worldwide.

Your missions:

• Administrative and operational management of transfer requests in favor of Saxo Bank for securities accounts, PEA, and PEA-PME
• Initiate and follow up on outgoing transfer requests from existing clients for securities accounts, PEA, and PEA-PME
• Control the proper allocation of securities/cash positions to accounts
• Assist with the reconciliation of securities and cash if necessary
• Follow up with clients and counterparties
• Enter PEA and PEA-PME information slips
• Process pending transfers (incoming and outgoing)
• Ensure relations with external counterparties and various internal departments
• Identify and report anomalies

Professional experience and personal qualities required:

• You have a Bac+3/4/5 education (e.g., Business School, Management, or Banking/Finance)
• You are interested in financial markets
• You are rigorous, organized, and have good interpersonal skills
• You have good analytical and writing skills
• Operational English level B2/C1

Position available as soon as possible for an internship in Paris 2nd arrondissement.
