The Junior Operations Analyst will be responsible for data collection and structuring, executing routine tasks like document preparation and action schedules. Key duties include analyzing and maintaining project EAPs, supporting planning and management activities, developing processes, and preparing reports. The role also involves building business plans, monitoring project portfolios, supporting action plan development, and assisting with internal/external audits and local content planning. This position requires a professional to support various operational and administrative tasks within the executive management.

Junior Operations Analyst - Hybrid | Rio de Janeiro

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work in a hybrid regime, 3 times a week in Rio de Janeiro.

EDUCATION

  • Graduation: Higher education degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator or other related areas.

ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Responsible for surveying, collecting and structuring data (text, tables and graphs), executing routine tasks [of medium complexity] such as preparing documents and action monitoring schedules, applying solutions defined by the lead manager, specialist leaders and professionals who work on high and medium complexity demands;
  • Analyze, structure and maintain the project and operations WBS of the Executive Management, ensuring good interface management with project areas, operations and technical disciplines;
  • Support planning, control and management activities of the management;
  • Develop and update processes, reporting tools, prepare material and make presentations;
  • Build the Business Plan and Annual Business Plan, monitor and control the portfolio of projects, operations and administrative expenses of the Executive Management;
  • Support the preparation of action plans, recording defined actions, deadlines and responsible parties;
  • Support the integrated management, control and monitoring of action plans related to routine management and process demands;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of simulations and analysis of the management and control of routines and processes, related to onshore and/or offshore demands, using methodologies, tools and systems available to the client;
  • Support the local administration of systems and tools to support process management, standardization and anomaly treatment, performing integrated monitoring and control of Anomaly Treatment Records (RTAs), in conjunction with operational areas and areas responsible for SMS Anomaly Treatment, Production Losses, Measurement and Compliance processes;
  • Support the internal and external communication process, as well as the organization of corporate events;
  • Support the preparation of the monthly Expense List sent to PPSA, as well as data loading into the SAP system, in addition to the consolidation of the Monthly Activity Report, verifying consistency with the Expense List, for subsequent evaluation and final validation by professionals working on medium and high complexity demands;
  • Support the consolidation of the cash call predictability sent by managers and contract supervisors, verifying consistency with the current Work Plan and Budget (PTO);
  • Assist internal and external audits and SOX Controls, based on norms and partnership agreements, management systems and other current requirements;
  • Support the planning and control of Local Content (LC), acting in the continuous verification of LC records in corporate systems and in the identification and implementation of adjustments to incorrect entries identified in the system, as well as in the recommendation of LC for contracting processes and action plans to ensure compliance with LC requirements.
