As a Lead at Apple Retail, you will embody a whole-store mindset and play a critical role in facilitating meaningful experiences for both customers and team members. You will inform and energize our teams to do their best work and contribute to operational excellence. You will actively connect with team members, making sure everyone is equipped with the support, tools, and resources they need to deliver exceptional customer interactions. You will work alongside the leadership team to ensure operational readiness, with a focus on enabling the sales team. You'll spend the majority of your time with the team and customers, identifying ownership opportunities and supporting team members across the whole store.
