Worlds is seeking a Live Ops Manager to contribute to the design of metagame systems and product strategy for upcoming PC titles. Responsibilities include real-time analysis of player metrics, content optimization for maximum enjoyment, and ownership of user acquisition, collaborating with developers to maximize KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience in Live Ops for a free-to-play or live service game and excels at independent work. The position is remote and full-time.
