Job Description

As a Digital Campaign Project Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and executing weekly content updates for dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of all DCO activities - working with clients to take briefs, efficiently implementing content updates and maintaining stringent quality control - ensuring the client's digital marketing objectives are met.
Must have:
  • Coordinate DCO brief and changeout requirements with clients.
  • Implement and manage content updates for DCO campaigns using Figma and Excel.
  • Ensure quality control of digital ads, including visual, grammar, and spelling.
  • Clarify and resolve brief inconsistencies or issues with clients.
  • Collaborate with Singapore-based clients and offshore teams.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign account or project management.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and quick to learn new processes and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
  • Organized and calm under pressure, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt based on feedback.
Good to have:
  • Understanding of dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) and digital campaign project management.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS'), such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and tracking.

Role summary:

As a Digital Campaign Project Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and executing weekly content updates for dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of all DCO activities - working with clients to take briefs, efficiently implementing content updates and maintaining stringent quality control - ensuring the client's digital marketing objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to gather DCO brief and changeout requirements, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Implement and manage content updates across multiple DCO campaigns based on the client brief and assets supplied using Figma and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all produced digital ads meet the brief requirements and quality expectations (visual, grammar, spelling), reflecting a commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Clarify and resolve brief inconsistencies or issues with clients, leveraging sharp communication and practical problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with Singapore-based clients and offshore teams, demonstrating adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset in cross-border interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign account or project management, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and quick to learn new processes and tools, with a genuine hunger for success and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and navigating complex client interactions with practical intelligence.
  • Conscientious, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output, even under tight deadlines.
  • Organised and calm under pressure, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, including flexibility and willingness to work extended hours (OT) when required to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt based on feedback, showing a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS'), such as WordPress or Drupal.
