Job Description

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. They will support sales activities including licensing, training, pricing, budgeting, and negotiation. This role involves equipping sales teams with relevant content, training, and data to boost sales performance. The analyst will need to provide administrative and analytical support to the sales team, focused on maximizing revenue through customer account management, order processing, report generation, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. This includes managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, generating sales reports, tracking metrics, and collaborating with sales representatives to meet sales targets.
Must have:
  • Experience in sales operations within a BPO environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
