岗位职责：
1.负责HoK手游电竞运营工作，根据HoK整体电竞计划，输出配套运营活动规划，制定详细的电竞活动方案并推进执行；
2.与电竞团队及区域团队沟通，合理安排各赛事的广告位，活动，直播等资源曝光计划；
3.跟进HoK电竞相关产品功能，输出相关策划案并跟进开发落地。
Requirements:
岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，Moba核心玩家优先；
2.具备电竞和运营活动模块基础技能，对数据、用户和市场有敏锐认知和总结能力；
3.具备良好的团队合作精神，使命感与自驱力强，具有良好的沟通协作、资源协调能力；
4.具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
