With a background in Manufacturing Engineering and knowledge and experience in production introduction, continuous improvement, and technology development, you’ll be responsible for identifying areas for removing waste and driving through simplification of both functional processes and Methods of Manufacture. Accountable for driving in solutions and demonstrating the benefits for enabling improved operational excellence.

What you will be doing:
You will be working across the Manufacturing Engineering community e.g., MEMs, Special Process Owners, Producibility Engineers, Production Support etc and where applicable with the suppliers, drive improvements to manufacturing processes and working toward consistent best practice across the business.

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
