Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in motion graphics, animation, and video production, with the ability to bring ideas to life through captivating visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including advertising campaigns, social media content, promotional videos, and explainer videos.

● Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, art directors, and copywriters, to create engaging and effective visual content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

● Translate concepts and storyboards into compelling animations, ensuring smooth transitions, timing, and visual coherence.

● Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software to produce and edit motion graphics and video content.

● Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.

● Present motion graphics concepts and drafts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

● Work closely with the production team to ensure all technical aspects of motion graphics production are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably within an advertising agency or a similar fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work, including animations, video projects, and digital content.

● Excellent understanding of animation principles, visual effects, composition, and storytelling.

● Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to generate unique and engaging visual content.

● Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
