Motion Graphic Designer

We are currently hiring a Motion Graphic Designer who will work closely with the designers and other social media marketers to brainstorm and create high quality videos that reflect branding priorities. To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

● Creating animated graphics, visual effects, and other dynamic visual elements for videos,

presentations, websites, and other digital media.

● Collaborating with other designers, animators, video editors and content writers to create

cohesive and visually appealing content.

● Developing storyboards and conceptualizing ideas to convey messages through animation.

● Choosing appropriate colors, typography and design elements to enhance the visual appeal and convey the intended message.

● Using various software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and more to

create animations and motion graphics.

● Staying updated with design trends, animation techniques, and new software tools to improve

skills and produce high quality work.

● Understanding client requirements and adapting designs to align with their branding and goals.

● Working within project deadlines and managing time effectively to deliver projects on time.

● Continuously refining and iterating on designs based on feedback and creative direction.

● Employ AI tools to analyze and identify potential design flaws or inconsistencies in animations

before finalizing the project.

● Utilize AI-driven analytics to gain insights into viewer engagement and adjust animations

accordingly.

Skills Required:-

● Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe

Illustrator or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and visual aesthetics.

● Knowledge of typography, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals.

● Knowledge in the Audio Softwares like Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc is preferred.

● Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge AI software such as Dall-E, Midjourney, and Freepik AI Image Generator reflecting the demand for adeptness in rapidly evolving design methodologies.

● Ability to create smooth and visually appealing animations using keyframes and motion paths.

● Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members and clients.

● Problem- solving skills to find creative solutions to design challenges.

● Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in designs.

● Advanced video editing skills to integrate animations into larger video project.
