Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics & 2D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation and storytelling, with the ability to create dynamic and visually stunning motion graphics and 2D animations. You will work on a variety of projects, including marketing videos, explainer videos, social media content, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create High-Quality Animations: Develop 2D animations and motion graphics that align with project requirements and company standards.
• Storyboarding and Concept Development: Create storyboards and visual concepts to outline animation sequences and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with writers, designers, and other team members to understand project objectives and develop animations that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all animations adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Optimize for Various Platforms: Adapt animations for different platforms and devices, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest animation and motion graphics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve animation quality and efficiency.
• Incorporate Feedback: Revise and refine animations based on feedback from clients and team members, ensuring final deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in motion graphics and 2D animation.

Necessary Skills:

• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere pro or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing 2D animations and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of sound design and incorporating audio into animations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in character animation and rigging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and 2D animation projects.
