Job Description

The NTI Project Leader will manage new development components (NTI) with suppliers, focusing on design, cost, quality, delivery, and methodology for various OEMs. This involves ensuring component availability and function, applying knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods, analyzing designs for improvements, and coordinating the product lifecycle from prototyping to serial production. The role requires collaboration with various departments and sites, and verifying customer requirements.

  • M.Sc. Engineering Degree – mechanical or related.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong team approach and high communication skills.
  • High level of motivation, dedication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Driving license “B”.

Your role

  • Managing of new development components (NTI) with suppliers (focus on Design, Cost, Quality, Delivery and Methodology) for various OEMs ;
  • Manage process to ensure availability and function of new components
  • Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods
  • Applying knowledge of usage for new components development to ensure availability and function of new components
  • Analyzing designs and suggesting improvements
  • Initiate review meetings to ensure project targets
  • Verifying and implementation of Customer requirements for components
  • Coordinate the product circle from the very beginning through prototyping to start of serial production
  • Co-operate with all departments and sites involved in development, sourcing and production of automotive components and wire harnesses
  • Analyzing design and component validation - perform design reviews, DFMEA & DVP&R review meetings

Your Background

  • M.Sc. Engineering Degree – mechanical or related
  • Automotive Industry background would be an advantage
  • Experience with Project Management in technical sector would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of another languages will be an advantage
  • Strong team approach and high communication skills
  • High level of motivation, dedication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Driving license “B”
