Operations Analyst - Hybrid | Macaé

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Graduation: Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Development, Information Technology Management or related courses. (Regular registration with the respective Class Council required).

KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced knowledge of Office suite software;
• Knowledge of SAP system;
• Knowledge in the use of BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and generation of management reports;
• Knowledge of BW system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The professional in this role will provide support and assistance for service routines, in the area of critical performance analysis, allowing the monitoring and treatment of deviations found, in interaction with stakeholders, recording in the system and issuing reports according to the governance established for each type of demand.
