Job Description

This role involves managing information flow between contractors and clients, preparing managerial presentations and reports, participating in and leading project meetings, and tracking project plans. Key responsibilities include consolidating project information (Integration, Communication, Stakeholders, Schedule, Cost, SMS, Acquisitions, Risks, Resources), maintaining organizational charts and communication lists, and acting as a communication interface. The analyst will also prepare project monitoring reports in English and Portuguese, plan technical meetings, administer technical interfaces, provide support for report analysis, and monitor review group recommendations.
Must Have:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 (five) years of proven experience in the area of expertise;
  • Implementation of Integrated Management Systems;
  • Planning and control in submarine systems contracts;
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite;
  • Primavera P6;
  • Advanced English.

EDUCATION

  • Education Level: Higher Education in any field of knowledge.

ATTRIBUTIONS

  • Manage information flow between CONTRACTORS and CLIENT to ensure that all CONTRACTORS' representatives within the project have the necessary information to carry out the activities described in the ET and its annexes;
  • Prepare managerial presentations and various reports;
  • Participate in and lead (if necessary) various project-related meetings, recording discussions and pending issues in meeting minutes;
  • Monitor and review project plans monthly (Integration, Communication, Stakeholders, Schedule, Cost, SMS, Acquisitions, Risks, Resources, etc.) and their respective annexes;
  • Consolidate information on Integration, Communication, Stakeholders, Schedule, Cost, SMS, Acquisitions, Risks, Resources, etc., including the diligent follow-up of action plans;
  • Consolidate and keep updated the project's organizational chart, responsibility matrix, and communication list;
  • Act as the communication interface between the CLIENT and project stakeholders;
  • Prepare and issue project monitoring reports at the defined periodicity in English and Portuguese;
  • Plan and participate in technical project meetings;
  • Administer technical interfaces with internal and external sectors to the CLIENT, focusing on controlling the Project's scope;
  • Provide technical support for the analysis of monthly reports, RO, letters, and other types of correspondence provided for in the contracts that serve the project;
  • Monitor and control the recommendations of the review groups that supported the approval of the project phases;
  • Apply Checklists, as demanded by the CLIENT.
