This part-time, remote position focuses on providing excellent customer support in French. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues (primarily via live chat, but also phone callbacks), maintaining high-quality responses, and collaborating with a global team to identify trends. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience with game consoles or PCs is advantageous. A two-week, full-time paid training period is required.
