Job Description

The Payroll Officer will manage and monitor staff absences, prepare payroll data, collaborate with external partners, use HRMS/Payroll systems daily, and support labor law issues. This role involves managing personnel files, communicating with employees on work-related matters, and participating in HR projects.
Must Have:
  • Manage and monitor staff leaves, illnesses, and other absences.
  • Prepare and check payroll data.
  • Collaborate with external partner for payroll issuance.
  • Daily use of HRMS/Payroll systems.
  • Support on labor law issues and collaborate with labor lawyers.
  • Manage and update personnel files and HR data.
  • Communicate with employees regarding employment issues.
  • Participate in HR department projects.
  • University/TEI degree.
  • Previous experience in a similar Payroll position.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and payroll procedures.
  • Very good knowledge of Payroll software (ideally Epsilon Net).
  • Good knowledge of English language.

Job Description

  • Management and monitoring of staff leaves, illnesses, and other absences.
  • Preparation and checking of payroll data.
  • Collaboration with an external partner for payroll issuance.
  • Daily use of HRMS/Payroll systems.
  • Support on labor law issues and collaboration with labor lawyers.
  • Management and updating of personnel files and HR data.
  • Communication with employees related to employment issues.
  • Participation in HR department projects related to labor or administrative matters.

Qualifications

  • University/TEI degree
  • Previous experience in a similar Payroll position.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and payroll procedures.
  • Very good knowledge of Payroll software (ideally Epsilon Net).
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Organizational skills, consistency, and discretion.
  • Communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
