Job Description
- Manage and monitor staff leaves, illnesses, and other absences.
- Prepare and check payroll data.
- Collaborate with external partner for payroll issuance.
- Daily use of HRMS/Payroll systems.
- Support on labor law issues and collaborate with labor lawyers.
- Manage and update personnel files and HR data.
- Communicate with employees regarding employment issues.
- Participate in HR department projects.
- University/TEI degree.
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll position.
- Good knowledge of labor law and payroll procedures.
- Very good knowledge of Payroll software (ideally Epsilon Net).
- Good knowledge of English language.

Job Description

- Daily use of HRMS/Payroll systems.
- Support on labor law issues and collaboration with labor lawyers.
- Management and updating of personnel files and HR data.
- Communication with employees related to employment issues.
- Participation in HR department projects related to labor or administrative matters.
Qualifications
- University/TEI degree
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll position.
- Good knowledge of labor law and payroll procedures.
- Very good knowledge of Payroll software (ideally Epsilon Net).
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Organizational skills, consistency, and discretion.
- Communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
