Job Description

As a senior people operations manager, you will lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of people technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. You will analyze opportunities to improve current people tech processes, monitor the performance of solutions, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve challenges. You will use data and analytics to inform decisions, work with HR and IT departments, and contribute to overall people team goals, including employee engagement and performance management. This role also involves contributing to the design and implementation of People Operation policies and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Must have:
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining people technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies.

The People Operations/People Technology team works to provide best-in-class experiences to employees via tech driven solutions, scalable processes and an employee centric mindset. 

About the role 

As a senior people operations manager, you will

  • Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of people technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve current people tech processes and functionalities. 
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of people tech solutions, addressing issues and implementing updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical challenges and ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and strategies related to people tech solutions and broader people operations.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of people tech solutions.
  • Contribute to overall people team goals, including supporting employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of People Operation policies, programs, and processes that align with company goals and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR management or a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • Proven experience in deploying and maintaining people technology solutions, such as Workday, in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve processes.
  • Experience working in or with global teams, understanding diverse needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR related roles, with a focus on people operations and working in a global environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexible, adaptable and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
