We are seeking an innovative, driven, and highly motivated Junior Sourcer to join our high-performing in-house recruitment team. You will play a key role in helping us expand our teams by sourcing top talent for various roles across our state-of-the-art Gigafactory. Your creativity, efficiency, and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience will be crucial as we continue to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy.

• Manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing for multiple roles simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters  to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
• Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top passive talent
• Conduct behavioral-based screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep relevant business partners updated
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and business partners
• Leverage data and market insights to drive sourcing strategy and present findings
• Drive process improvements and support recruitment-related projects
• Deliver a "Best in Class" candidate experience at every touchpoint
