We are looking for a Video Editor (m/f/d) at our Munich location, limited to 18 months, to support our Creative Team.

You love moving images and bring them to life. As a Video Editor in our Production Team, you are responsible for the post-production of our social media assets, from snappy reels to TikToks and longer YouTube edits. You bring experience, work independently, have a good sense of dynamics, timing, and platform logics, and understand how to cut content so that it is seen, shared, and remembered. You work closely with Motion Design, Creative, and Account Teams and are part of a team that loves good ideas and technically executes them perfectly.

What does the role involve?
- Editing and post-production of video content for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, Stories, and longer formats)
- Selection and adjustment of text overlays, color grading, music, and sound design
- Close collaboration with Creative and Motion Design in implementing storyboards, mood boards, and animation ideas
- Adaptations of assets for various platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1 etc.)
- Independent organization of workflows, file, and project management
- Technical quality assurance, mastering, and archiving
- Active participation in storytelling, look & feel – you are not just an executing editor, but part of the creative concept
What are we looking for?
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in video post-production, ideally in social media / advertising / agency
- Experience in automotive content or at least enthusiasm for vehicle staging, dynamics, sound is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of common video formats and codecs
- Good understanding of platform logics: You know how TikToks are paced, where a hook sits on YouTube, and when a Reel becomes too long
- Sense for sound, timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Strong brand understanding in the context of social media & digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of the entire post-production process
- Independent, structured way of working and strong team spirit
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
