Join our Marketing team
We offer an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Associate to join the SKIDOS Marketing team and help diversify into new digital channels and create standalone profitable channels You will report to the Head of Marketing. The new member will work together with other marketing stakeholders such as Head of Growth, Acquisition team, brand stakeholders, and Design colleagues. The person will own the paid marketing budget, will be responsible for scaling
channels from scratch and will be responsible for positive ROI for all channels. Scope of role will include creating campaign themes, creating the campaign structures, setting up campaigns on different channels, understand the marketing funnel clearly and set up campaign objectives. Identify the right campaign metrics, optimize campaigns to Improve ROI.


You will spend most of your time on:
● Create campaign objectives
● Build campaign structure
● Identify campaign objectives and set up key measurable metrics
● Setting up campaigns on different channels.
● Identify the right TG in accordance with the core customer profile of SKIDOS
● Analyze the campaign performance continuously and identify all opportunities to improve campaign performance
● Create monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI and impact analysis


What we want to see in your past experience:
● About 1-2 years’ experience with performance marketing channels in a performance marketing agency
● Well adept with app marketing (experience in performance marketing channels of app is mandatory for this role)
● A good understanding of CPAs in US and key European markets
● Hands-on experience in Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta channels from campaign set up to optimization to performance analysis.
● Hands-on experience into mobile MMP’s and clear understanding of concepts of attribution models.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and support communication across several departments as well as within the marketing team
● Have worked with budgets upwards of USD100mn annually
● Ability to work under your own initiative
● Hands-on experience on digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
