■職務内容

プレイステーションネットワークのリソースを調整し、ステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを取ることで、インシデントの解決を管理・推進することが責務となりますが、代表的な担当業務は以下の通りです。

・さまざまなサービスやアプリケーションに関する複雑な技術的問題の解決をコーディネートする。
・顧客への影響、期間、解決のために取られた措置、起因を説明するインシデント・タイムラインおよびその他の文書の管理する
・インシデントの期間中、エンジニアリングおよびリーダーシップパートナーとのコミュニケーションを管理する
・プロセス改善プロジェクトを推進する
・24時間365日のサポートを提供するため、オンコールローテーションに参加する（主に日本の日中時間帯）
　　　※ グローバルチームとなるため、各国の祝祭日タイミングでお互いに業務をカバーし合っています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域
【必須（MUST）】
・コンピュータサイエンスの学士号、または3～5年の同等の実務経験
・米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアへの柔軟な出張が可能な方

・必要に応じて週末を含むオンコール対応が可能な方

【歓迎（WANT）】

・ITILv3 or v4 認定資格
・ITSMツール（ServiceNow、Jiraなど）の使用経験
・監視ツールの使用経験（Splunk、DataDog、Grafanaなど）
・AWSクラウド技術を実務レベルで使用した経験がある
・AI技術についての基礎知識がある
