Job Summary
T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd., a Great Place To Work® Certified™ subsidiary of T-Systems International GmbH, is seeking a Process Manager. This role involves designing and owning the Release and Deployment Process Service. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in IT Release and Deployment Management, advanced knowledge of ITIL 4 (especially Release Management, Deployment Management, and Change Enablement), and hands-on experience with server patching and ServiceNow. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for assessing risk, facilitating discussions, and documenting processes within complex IT landscapes.
Must Have
- 3 years experience in IT Release and Deployment Management
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL 4, especially Release Management, Deployment Management, and Change Enablement
- Hands-on experience with server patching practices, tools, and schedules in enterprise environments
- 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Release Management, Change, and related modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding process design principles
- Ability to assess risk and impact across complex IT landscapes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience facilitating cross-functional discussions
- Ability to document policies, processes, and procedures clearly and effectively
- Cross-process knowledge to related processes (CHM, SACM, RFF)
- Motivation to create new Teamwork
- Fluent English knowledge
- Design and Own the Release and Deployment Process Service
Good to Have
- Lean 6 sigma knowledge/certification
- German language skills
